Eni Zubair Oil Field Development Project

The Zubair Oil Field Development Project is one of the key oil production infrastructure projects in Iraq, led by Eni. The project involved the construction of aGas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP)designed to process crude oil through gas-liquid separation, stabilization, and transportation systems.

The facility has a designed processing capacity of200,000 barrels per stream day (BPSD), significantly enhancing the crude oil processing capability and operational efficiency of the Zubair oil field.

During the construction of this project, our company supplied a range ofnickel alloy and stainless steel bars and pipes, which were used in critical process pipelines and equipment manufacturing, meeting the stringent requirements of the oil and gas industry for corrosion resistance, strength, and reliability.

  Quantity: approx.28 tons

• Inconel 625 Seamless Pipes
  Size: 6" SCH 80
  Quantity: approx.3,200 meters

• UNS S31803 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipes
  Size: 8" SCH 40
  Quantity: approx.2,100 meters

All materials were manufactured and inspected in accordance withASTM / ASME standardsand supplied with fullMill Test Certificates (MTC)to ensure compliance with the strict quality requirements of the oil and gas industry.
